We are trained professionals and have expertise in our products. Based on each consultation we will recommed products to address one or more issues. If for any reason a product is not working for you (or you just don't like it), just bring it back for a full refund.

All Dermalogica and Paul Mitchell are professional level products with 100% guarantee. We want you to get results, and we will be happy to re-evaluate a recommended treatment to get you back in right direction.

In some occassions we have limitations, and in such cases the following policies apply.

 
   
     
   
    Dermalogica Refunds  
 
 

Dermalogica guarantees the quality of their products 100%, if for any reason a product doesn't work for you or you simply don't like it, bring it back and we will replace it or will give you a refund.

Our objective is to find the right treatment for your skin, during your consultation(s) we evaluate and recommend products, if for any reason you don't get the results expected, bring it back to our store and we will be happy to adjust your treatment or give you a refund.

 
 
 

- An unused Dermalogica product can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

 
 
 

- An used Dermalogica product might be returned for a full refund within 60 days, only if 50% or more of the products remain in the original container with a receipt or proof of purchase.

 
 
 

- After 60 days, there are no refunds, however, we will review each case individually and we might consider giving you a store credit or replacing the product depending on the product and treatment plan.

 
    Paul Mitchell Refunds

    Special Events Refunds  
 
DollFace has extensive experience hosting special events such as weddings, birthdays, spa parties and more. To accomodate larger parties we block all scheduling for the reserved date, we normally close the salon exclusivelly for the event and we schedule additional resources. For these reasons and without exceptions, there are no refunds on deposits for special events.

For special events we normally ask for non-refundable deposit ranging from 25% to 50%. Please visit our cancellation policy page for more details.

Please note that a 20% gratuity is always added to groups of 4 or more.

    Special or Customized Orders Refunds  
 

There are no returns on special or custom orders. Up to a 50% non-refundable deposit is required for custom orders.
Special orders include, but are not limited to; High ticket items, large orders, orders of products that we don't normally carry, products that we can't return, or products that are time sensitive.

 
   
    Refund Payment  
 

In most cases we will issue an immediate refund in the form of a cash, check or credit card credit.

If for any reason we can't resolve the refund in the spot the following policy applies:

 
   
 

Cash refunds: Our shop doesn't carry a lot of cash in the register. A cash refund will only be given to cash purchases with proof of purchase. If for any reason we don't have enough cash in our register, we will issue you a check and mail it to your address in file.

 
   
 

Credit Card Refunds: Refunds to credit card may take up to 10 business days due to credit card processing company timelines. Please be patient and let us know immediatelly if the refund doesn't take place after 10 days. Credit card refunds will be given to credit card purchases with proof of purchase.

 
   
 

Gift Certificate Refunds: Gift Certificates can be purchased in so many ways, for such reason, partially used gift certificates are refunded as a DollFace gift certificate only. Unused refunds are only refunded with proof of purchase for the original amount paid.

Some gift certificates are purchased under promotional offers with a discount or third party fee. That's why partially used third party gift certificates are refunded as a DollFace gift certificate as well. There are no refunds for unused third party gift certificates.
